Returns & Refund Policy

Do the the nature of our business and everything being a one of a kind item, we do not accept returns.

If your item however was received damaged please contact us to address the issue and find resolution.

You will be asked to send photos as well to support the damage.

Bracelets: We do accept returns and exchanges for the bracelets as long as they were not a custom order. Custom order bracelets cannot be returned or refunded.
